They made sure we were in the drivers seat with decisions but also gave us their expertise and were honest about potential road blocks with offers and how they would handle them. When a roadblock arose that wasn’t predictable and was very frustrating as a seller, Jody and her team (special shout out to Denay), immediately jumped into action so when we had a call scheduled for later that day they could lay out all of our options and we could be the most informed before making a decision. They truly went above and beyond in less than 24 hours to ensure we knew all of our options by our scheduled call. I can’t say enough good things about this group, and we are more than happy with the sale of our home, even with the unexpected roadblocks.
