Fantastic and hard working team. Jody and her team were great partners throughout the whole experience (buying and selling).  They were always available for any questions that came up and were very knowledgeable about handling the entire process.  During the buying process, they helped me use all the tools to strengthen my offer.  During the selling process, they helped me prepare my house to showcase it's highlights and marketed it well to bring in many people and get multiple offers. It was nearly 14 years ago that we were fortunate enough to find Jody Zink, because she helped us find the perfect home. Now, needing to find our mother/MIL a new home, there was no question who to turn to—Jody Zink and her incredible team at EXP Realty. Their talent lies in making what is typically a very stressful process, anything but. Between Jody, Denay, and the entire team, no question went unanswered, and every interaction was relaxing and enjoyable. Happily, we found our unicorn home for our aging parent, and it was all made possible by Jody and Team EXP. Couldn't have asked for a better experience! We first contacted Jody to look at the possibility of moving in the next year. That quickly changed to looking at houses the next week. Jody and team were so attentive to every request or question and never made me feel like I was bugging them. They went above and beyond working all hours of the day and night to get us the house we wanted (and in record time before we became homeless). Excellent Team! . We used Jody and her team to sell our house and to purchase a new one. There is always some hiccups, but Denay is always on top of everything! Things couldn't of gone any better.  Great communication, and team effort makes a major difference in how your experience goes. We had nothing but wonderful experience with Team Jody and have recommended them to several others. A great experience! Jody Zink came highly recommended as an agent who has experience and a strong sales record. We bought the first house we saw, Jody helped with every step! . My wife and I were not really looking seriously until we stumbled upon our dream home. Within a matter of days Jody had us in looking at it and we knew from the moment we walked in! Buying your first house is daunting but Jody worked with us every step of the way to make sure we understood and were working with what was right for us.
